How to plan your fun as a digital nomad
Переглядів 84 місяці тому
If you are exploring life as a digital nomad, we recommend you go old school and write down your list of things to see and do. That way you can hang it on the fridge or put it on the coffee table. Then get busy having fun and checking things off. This approach has been very effective for us as part time digital nomads.

In this video, I highlight the benefits of taking a Turkish towel on your weekend adventures. They are particularly useful for adventures involving lakes, rivers and the ocean. I also talk about a towel I received f...

most people cannot use coconut oil on their face
Good point. Luckily, there are a lot of alternative oils out there that folks can choose from.
Thanks!
İ love Turkish towels they’re so good quality 🤩🏖️🏊🏻♂️🧘🏻
@@risoscooks3147 Right!?! They are the best!
Woooooooooow nice
Can't wait to watch this!
This would help the long travel but not all airlines allow it. I could use it on Turkish Airlines but Asiana Airlines does not allow it at all anytime. I always wonder how high or low off the ground is best for sleeping?
That is a bummer about Asiana Airlines. Thankfully, most airlines are still accommodating. To answer your question, I think it depends. I usually like it about 4 to 6 inches above the ground. But if you have shorter legs, you may need it higher. It all depends on what is most comfortable for you and your leg length.
So this doesn't work on first class seats?
I don't believe so. Either the set up will be wrong or there will be too much space...which is not a bad thing!
Do you have a coconut oil alternative you could suggest? My wife is allergic to coconut. Thanks!
Goodness me. Sorry for the delay. I would recommend Shea Butter as an alternative to coconut oil.
TU going to get one for my upcoming 8 hr flight

So helpful!!!!
Does the bottle have to be glass?
Nope!
Finally i got it, thanks
You didn’t say what brand or where to buy the mini flat iron! Thanks.
I got mine from TJ Maxx. No idea what the brand is. Also, sorry for the delay.
Excellent. Where can you buy the bra with a pocket? Thanks
I got mine off Amazon. Unfortunately, it is no longer available on there so I cannot make a personal recommendation. But you could see if there are some others with good reviews.
I have bought this for my upcoming 11-hours long international flight! Everyone has been saying that this is such a game changer. I'm excited!
Was it any helpful? Would you recommend?
Same question as below: would you recommend it?
Update ?
I just discovered this Chanel I really liked it but your audible was terrible even on the highest volume it seemed like you were talking in a loud wisper and like your words were garbled. I first watched your moneybelt video and that audible was way better. Then I watched this I’m not sure why you were talking like that. Anyway I gave you thumbs up
Sorry about that! You are not the first to mention the audio and I feel bad about that. When I get around to making some new videos, I will look into how to make it better.
Just came back from visiting my daughter, who lives in a tiny, tiny apartment in Boston. She and her boyfriend use Teema bath towels as they take up very little space in their bathroom. I was skeptical, because I am of the "terrycloth " generation, but I was totally impressed with how well they actually do dry you off post shower. Having extremely sensitive skin, I found these towels especially comfortable to use. I enjoyed your video, thanks.
Oh I am so glad! Thanks for the feedback.
Thank you for posting this review. I just picked up this rolling bag at Goodwill here in Atlanta for $5. Excellent condition. Only thing missing was the detachable backpack. This was informative.
Oh good! What a GREAT find.
If you have an old sock, you can cut the end off, wrap it around your credit card, place it on your wrist, looks like a sweat band. A joggers phone holder is a good place to put your passport, strap it around your arm under your clothes.
Great suggestion. Thanks for sharing!
I fly mostly hawaiian tray table comes out of armrest can’t use these for that
Oh that is a bummer. I've never flown Hawaiin before, but that is good to know in case I do. I will not pack my hammock.
Unless you're about 5'5" or shorter I can't see how this would work.
I am 5'8' and my best friend is 5'8." It works for both of us just fine. Maybe if you are REALLY tall it won't work, but I have not had any issues.
I’m glad I’m 5’4
Very useful thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Wouldn't the swinging movement annoy the person in front ?
Yea, wondering same thing. I want it for the kids, but don’t want to bother the person in front.
This is a question I have gotten before and I can understand your concern. If you were to swing vigorously, then yes, it will probably move the seat in front of you. But if you are slightly rocking a few inches, it does not pull on the seat. I have tested this out and have not seen any movement. Better yet, I have never had the person in front of my give me the stink eye. I actually feel worse about reclining my seat. That has a bigger impact than the foot hammock.
I cannot provide any insight into kids using this product. As an adult, I do not use it in a way that bothers the person in front of me. But kids are a whole different ballgame :)
Is this thing for people whose feet can't reach the floor or is it just changing the angle of your knees and hips. I'm 6 ft 4 I know I won't get one but what does it do for people who are 5 foot 5 or whatever
I got the tree dasher
What do you think? Do you like them after having them for a few months?
Meanwhile, back in the real world, never been on a flight where the guy in front didn't recline his seat so it hit my knees so . . . I guess you could always pull your underseat bag back and rest your feet on that instead.
Yeaaaah. That's always a bummer for the tall folks.
@@JaneSeesTheWorld Its a bummer for everyone. Disgusting how little room there is between seats.
You already have the pro version in both with vibram megagrip 😅
Good to know!
Amazing video, thanks for the advice
Oh good!
I'm also having trouble finding these shoes if anybody knows where I could find some I live in Paoli Indiana
According to their website, there should be some for sale at Shoe Sensation in Bedford, IN. Is that close to you?
I have diabetic neuropathy wondering if these hey dude shoes would be comfortable having trouble finding a shoe that is comfortable anybody have a thought on this thank you Tessa
My dad has neuropathy and he just bought his first pair. After he wears his for a time, I will let you know whether he thinks they are comfortable or not.
Thank you! I have one but could not figure out how to attach it!
Great! I am still using mine to this day. Enjoy!
I wear earplug all day
In your opinion, do u think the hammock is way more comfortable than the footrests airlines have built in already for their economy seats ? Such as like turkish/singapore
Oh dear! I completely missed your question. I apologize for my delayed response. I like the hammock a little bit better because it is adjustable and you can subtly swing your feet if you want to. However, built-in footrests are also nice.
Also, many airlines don't have foot rests in economy. So that's where these can help a lot.
Which model are these? This is three years ago so maybe just the original wool runner?
You got it. Original wood runner.
The li k you added does not work
Sorry about that. Amazon must have stopped carrying that brand.
Tell your mom she's a genius!!!!!!!! I may try to make her hanger idea!!
I will definitely tell her!
Your foot size is ,,x" and you usually buy ,,y" which is larger than your size, though as palladium is unisex you should size up, therefore you bought SMALLER shoes...what the fuck?! Pull your shit together!
Whoa--sorry I didn't realize my $hi% wasn't pulled together! After trial and error I would recommend going two sizes below the unisex/men size if you are looking for women's sizing. I found a 6 worked for me and I usually wear an 8.
I love those boots had to go up a half a size as well to snug in my regular 8.5 size they will stretch and settle more as you wear them which is good for wearing thicker socks.
Hi great channel!! I'm mostly concerned about hiding my larger cellphone-- Where I'm heading, I hear thieves sometimes demand your phone if they can see just the shape of it- Does anyone have any experience completely concealing it? I will have a decoy phone on me as well, but I want to keep the nice one for times when I'm maybe taking pictures... Also really active and love running, anyway to have it on me while running but something where it doesn't fall out?
Other than putting it into a purse or backpack, we do not have any experience completely concealing it. We haven't felt that need at any of the places we have traveled to. Good luck with wherever you are going! It sounds like it will be quite the adventure with a need like that.
Your link doesn’t work 😢
Sorry for the delayed response. I have updated the link with their Instagram information. It looks like their website is no longer functioning.
What size you wear in EU size?
Whoa. Just realized I missed your question altogether. My apologies. I wear a 37 in EU sizes. Sometimes a 38 if they run narrow.
Nice review, thank you! I hope you are still enjoying your boots!
I really am! I will be taking them with me to France for Christmas. So grateful to be able to travel again!
@@JaneSeesTheWorld awesome, glad to hear you are still enjoying them, I hope you have an amazing time!!
I have extremely long hair sitting at mid thigh length and both shampoo and conditioner last me for a day or two which results in packing bigger liquids in my checked luggage.
Whoa! I cannot get my hair to grow past the middle of my back. Lucky you!
Love Your sweet personality. Thank You for this review.
Ohhhh. Thank you so much!
Love them but do wish they had half sizes.
Hear, hear!
Thanks for the review. I purchased my first pair and even with plantar fasciitis these seem to work for me. I wore with their insert and my vionic insert and felt the same. SO GREAT for me. I heard the comment about smell and fyi I have found some stuff called "Lume" and i have to say works awesome. Thank goodness I don't have to worry about wearing socks, cause these shoes are super cute sockless.
Oh that is SO good to hear. I'm going to check out that Lume stuff. Not that I need it for these shoes, but it would be good for other shoes. Thanks!
Amazing!
Thanks!
The Polly is weather resistant:). Also, I went down a full size in the Britt and the Polly with no issue. I stretched out the heel a little by hand on the Polly and they were great
Good to know. Thanks!
Hi I have a question is it also for boys because I got some and I think there girls
They are for boys and girls. My brother has been wearing them to work for years.
love the reference to the movie Leap Year! lol
